抢抓“一带一路”战略机遇 加快汽车产业国际化发展

2018年11月29日,中国汽车企业走出去战略高峰论坛在上海成功召开。今年以来,中美贸易摩擦不断升级,对全球汽车和零部件及相关产品的产业链和价值链产生深远影响,将推动全球汽车产业格局和生态体系发生重大调整。短期内,迫使企业加快海外本土化发展,调整产品结构和市场布局;长期来看,将倒逼中国进一步深化改革开放,推进国际产能合作。中国汽车技术研究中心有限公司党委副书记、副总经理高和生提出三点建议:一是加快突破关键核心技术,提高出口产品国际竞争力。二是积极调整全球战略布局,优化产品结构和市场布局。三是立足本地化发展,提升企业海外发展和服务能力。

Accelerate the Internationalization of the Auto Industry

The China Automotive Enterprise Going-Out Strategy Summit was successfully held in Shanghai on November 29, 2018. Since the beginning of this year, the trade friction between China and the United States has been escalating, which has far-reaching impact on the industrial chain and value chain of global automobiles and parts and related products, promoting major adjustments in the global automobile industry pattern and ecosystem. In the short term, it forces enterprises to accelerate the overseas localization and adjust the product structure and the market layout. In the long run, it will force China to further deepen reform and opening-up and promote global cooperation on production capacity. Gao Hesheng, deputy party secretary and deputy general manager of CATARC, put forward three suggestions. Firstly, accelerate the breakthrough of key core technologies and improve the international competitiveness of export products. Secondly, actively adjust the global strategic layout and optimize the product structure and the market layout. Thirdly, enhance overseas development and service capabilities of enterprises on the basis of localization.
